KidFest Health Fair:
The LHA Healthy Kids health fair is a way to encourage kids to eat healthy and be active! At KidFest 2012, kids got to make an art project with the theme of healthy living, make a “food friend,” played tug-of-war, and learned about sugary drinks. LHA also supports KidFest’s efforts to serve healthy foods and eliminate candy and pop.

The second annual bill board contest was held in Spring of 2012. Over 200 entries were received! The top 3 winners in each age group (Elementary, Middle, and High School) will be displayed on Billboards in Athens County in September 2012. Check back to see this year’s winners!
